Week 12B - Streaming and Soundcloud

According to Forbes.com, SoundCloud has around 175 million registered users.  This is a large group of listeners, creators, and fans that our music could potentially reach.  SoundCloud is a source of new music which is easy to upload by independent artists and connect to millions of listeners worldwide.  This streaming site along with others like Pandora and Spotify, will help LCF grow by reaching audiences all over the world.  Streaming is the new way to get new music out to a larger audiences, due to the shift of technology and online use in today's society.  The radio and physical content like CDs are declining, while digital music and online streaming continues to increase in popularity.  Lion and the Cosmic Fish will keep up with the times and release most of our content digitally and through streaming sources in order to maximize our audience reach.
